DAE BREW CO. started in a HDB kitchen in 2026 with one question: why does good cold brew cost $12 a bottle when you could brew it properly at home for a fraction of the price?

We steep for 48 hours minimum. We use 100% single-origin Arabica. We brew in small batches three times a week so every bottle reaches you at peak freshness — never sitting in a warehouse.

Each 250ml bottle = 2 full cups of coffee. Zero sugar. Zero milk. Zero preservatives. Best enjoyed within 5–7 days — and if you can resist, the first 1–2 days? That's when the flavour hits hardest. Cold brew this fresh doesn't last long. It's not supposed to.

“DAE” — 大 — means “great” in Korean. That's the only standard we work to.
